This blog is also available in English.

It's all about this one and single obsession: female bodies. Their representations. The menstrual cycle. This blog is a way for me to research new ways and experiment It is my space to explore, question myself and get inspired through hard fitness training, learning about food and the power of menstrual cycle. Welcome in a world where learning and connecting with ourself is happening "in flow motion"

Episode #5 with Isabel from Craft&Cramps 🇬🇧 "I think to see it, to visualize it breaks another taboo down"

Episode #5 with Isabel from Craft&Cramps 🇬🇧 "I think to see it, to visualize it breaks another taboo down"

This time, I sat down with Isabel who came to mine to talk about the periods topic. A lot of things have been said! I was really curious about her crafting art and what brought her to make embroidery pieces (among many other beautiful things she makes) around menstruations. Through her art and the collective that she created Crafts&Cramps, Isabel wants to "spark a conversation" and I knew before our interview that we will have a great one!
